Up for sale is this gorgeous vintage circa 1960s tapestry—would be great as a tablecloth/bedcover/throw/curtain panel. -I’ve used it for all of those purposes and more. -Bought at an estate sale in Bellingham, Washington in the late 1990s. -Measures 79” by 79”. -Still in excellent condition with just one tiny spot—see final photo. -Note: these types of authentic works of art have natural variations in their colors due to the multi step and laborious dyeing process. -Also, a note about real vs fake batiks: You can tell the authenticity of a batik by turning it over to check that you can still see the pattern, but fainter. -This one is like that. -It also glows when you put it in front of light or when sunshine falls on it. -Truly gorgeous vintage piece of fabric art here.
